Material Requirement Planner (MRP) - 80-100%

What you will get:  An agile career and a dynamic work culture. An inclusive and ethical workplace. Compensation programs that recognize high performance.  What you will do: Perform all duties to ensure the Materials Requirements Plans are completed to ensure the timely availability of materials to support the product Supply PlanResponsible to liaise with all key functions to ensure timely updates to material plans considering changes to plans or material availability issuesExecution of key tasks to support inventory plans and optimization initiativesPerform all routine tasks to convert planned orders into material plans (Purchase Requisition, BANF) including the creation and management of material planned requirementsLiaison with Material Project Leads (MPLs) to ensure all material plans are up to date and responsive to changes in material requirementsCreation and maintenance of detailed material planning parameters in Planning systemsConversion of the material requirements plan (purchase requisitions) into Purchase OrdersExpediting material availability through liaison with procurement and teams involved with inbound material processingCreation and management of material related KPIs and measures to ensure accurate understanding of material availabilityExecution of key material availability, mobilization or write actions to support optimal management of inventory while reducing scrap/waste (SMOG)Liase with key stakeholders (MPLs, Material Analysts) to develop safety stock and inventory plans to meet production plansClose cooperation with Operational Buyers for supplier related questionsTrack, report and facilitate on-time material availability (drive escalations) including testing and accountability with material releases for production  What we are looking for: Degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement or any relevant fieldMin. of 5 years’ experience as a Material Requirement PlannerRequired CPIM certificationExperience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling and/or PurchasingGood knowledge of SAP, especially MM and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), PowerBIGood communication and presentation skilsFluency in German or English is required. Both will be preferred.Strong Teammate and able to work across cross-functional teams  About Lonza   At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
